Paypal No Longer Able To Release Funds !!
 

Just a heads up guys.


It seems that ebay and paypal have now separated the way they manage funds.


From now on, any large payments being held by paypal cannot be released by them even when the parcels are delivered and signed for and tracking numbers given (no matter how long that's been).

So be prepared for longer wait times :(

When u say large payments how much are you referring to exactly?

I dont sell high priced items, nothing over $250 and with these items i have been getting funds released 3 days after delivered and this is with purchasing postage from ebay, which may also speed up release times

Do you mean on new accounts when there is a 21 hold or anytime?

Hopefully it is just while there's 21 day holds but time will tell

Please explain why you are making such a statement OP?

I create accounts all the time and havent had a problem, im still getting the release dates etc displayed on my ebay sales?

Are you saying that you contact paypal after the item is signed for (and before the release date shown on ebay) and in the past they would release the funds but now they dont?


That has been happening for a while now.
