Paypal Limited Brand New Stealth Account
 

Ive had experience with stealth accounts before so i know i did everything right.

New user acc, fresh ip with EE dongle
i linked a new bank and entropay card and i waited for the 4 digit confirmation code

2 days later i get an email saying im limited
and they want credit card statement

dont tell me i just wasted a bank account
how would i go about resolving this ?

Since you got limited you must have done something wrong.
Have you considered giving them what theyre asking for and seeing if that would resolve the problem? I would say try that or review your process a bit more closely and try to figure out what you did wrong and start over.

That happens every now and again when using entropay.

I've never had an account reinstated when providing an entropay statement. I would move on if I was you and next time use a different card.

Agree with Just_Smile - Your not the first entropay user to have reported this, seems its becoming more common.

Can anyone recommend a substitute card instead of Entropay for a fresh UK account or can I just use the Bank Account ?

I've had that twice. Sent entropy statements. Cropped out a lot of stuff. One limitation removed, one permanently limited.

They happened a while ago and within a couple of days of each other.

They are 2 different things

Ideally you want a bank account and a VCC

So I would be better getting a bank account and a VCC ? I've just heard so many conflicting views about Entropay
This will be my first stealth account and I want to make sure everything goes smoothly

I use 5 entropays a week for 4 years and I've had it twice.

I only use entropay for VCC I have hundreds of accounts.

I know there are other options and there are VCC sellers on here that do a sterling job but for the convenience and price, I tend to stick with entropay.

Are the entropy accounts creative names or do they have to match the attached bank account? I'm getting a message saying there is another account on the system with similar details so can't get entropy account. These are my real details so do I have to get creative or am I missing something.

Adding an entropay to most accounts from the offset isn't too bad. Adding them when your account isn't in good standing can be fatal.

Purely out of interest, why would one add a VCC to an established seller, good standing or otherwise?

Good question. It may be a simple case that the previous one has expired. Bear in mind Entropay only last a year.

P.S. without an active VCC, PayPal account functionality can be restrained, i.e. not being able to send some payments or setting up subscription payments etc.

Yeah they block Instant Bank Transfer if you don't have a valid card. Thanks.

You dont want to be doing instant bank transfers on a stealth account.

Money moving from Bank > PayPal reveals the name on your bank account to PayPal.

Agreed. Don't really buy anything with my babies. Got a buying acc for that.

OK, So if I have a fresh new created account with just a Bank Account attached but no card do I need to sell a few items and then attach a card ?

If its a brand new account, I would add a bank account and card before selling anything, as those two ingredients confirm and verify the account - making it a lot more stable. Hence the account comes across as a lot more trustworthy to PayPal.

And an Entropay Card wouldn't be an issue ?

A lot of people use Entropay, and for a new account it more often than not works faultlessly. I personally am not a fan.
