Lloyds bank debit card rejected

Ive tried signing up multiple times with my lloyds debit card but it keeps saying " this card isnt accepted " i even ordered a new card and tried with fresh account said same error

You wont be able to add a real card to a stealth account if the addresses don't match

The address needs to match, the idea of stealth is that we don't use our real address
