Just want to say thanks to the site for sharing some info and has got me a working pay pal at present.:clap:
My way i did it, may be not the 100% way, but it seems to be working.
I will ask, if someone has a ebay and PP linked account for sale, as i don't wont at present to link my laptop and new PP to it to pm me a good price. I`m after accounts that a 100% sorted.
How i did it.
I first got a cash-plus card that is a DC and bank in one in my real name and real address.
Freshly formatted laptop ( was not using ) and on there installed a VPN from unlimited vpn ( the uk sim 3g dongle was so slow ) Was added to this win10 and did up updates. I have set that when laptop is on, it does connect to wifi. I connect to wifi, then run vpn and always pick the same uk vpn before signing into paypal.
I then went to join PayPal. I picked a empty house 2 miles away that was just built and used that as my main address and changed the name on gas bill and made up a account number ( google bills, easy to photoshop) made a BUSINESS account as i need IPN for my site.
i got a old Nokia 3210 of eBay for £5 and £10 for a 2g ee/orange sim-card. (£1 a week plan)
i uploaded to pay-pal the gas bill, gave them the Nokia number and when asked for DL or Passport or photo id. I used a SIA doorman badge and was accepted.
1 days later it said all was confirmed and had to get a text. Got this and confirmed code. I then added the bank account via the cash plus card.
It is taking about 20 payments a month and i take out money only once a month and this takes 2 hours to go to my prepaid card.
I`m happy for users to give feedback, as was my first go.
