I use a courier that dont use tracking numbers
 
The customer has gon in dispute saying theyv not received item ,.even though i phoned her and she said shes got it and is very happy ....but she wont close the case

Trouble is the courier doesn't use tracking numbers they say they have a signature on paper

Iv asked her to close the case shes said she would,. but hasn't,. and now wont answer the phone

Is there any other way i can show proof of delivery they will accept

they are a specialist delivery company and small

Your issue is resolved, since to me it seems you have a cooperative customer. Not everyone use ebay frequently, you buyer hasn't got the time to return to ebay. I believe your payment will automatically release after a while the customer is not responsive.

Meanwhile, stop using courier that wont provide any proof of delivery for high value items. You are threading on fire. The above situation is only a warning to you. Move on to other products if you cannot find a better courier

You need to action something your end as the case is still open sat with you asking for you to add tracking details - if you don't and the case gets escalated to ebay CS the 'autobot' canclose this in her favour??
Majority of cases are not looked at my ebay customer service but done automatically

Do you have proof of postage?

You don't always need tracking for lower value items (in theory)

If the item is a pretty cheap item it may be worth just issuing a refund otherwise the customer may decide they want to escalate the case and that would then get automatically decided in her favour and you would get a strike against you

just get a refund from your supplyier thats what i do when that happens.
