My new paypal stealth after 3 days has been totaly limited
 

They want a credit card statement

i thought i did everything right new bank VCC phone new add new name and birthday

the only thing i did wrong was use a Opera which iv used before on my old account about year ago on my laptop Id totally forgotten id used Opera before


Do you think this is why i got shut down ?

If that browser has cookies from and old PayPal then yes its possible

What have you done for an IP address?

I did clear my cookies with no more cookies but im not sure if it was after i registered on PP

You would be better off just using a new user account if your using a PC

I am using a new user account on my PC

the thing is iv lost a good bank account and id moved address so i had a genuine address not linked to my old account but obviously with a new name

Yes i did use entropay

new add, new bank sanatander ,new name ,dob,new windows user account,.linked the banks .phone and VCC to paypal .New IP mobile dongle ...the only thing i did wrong was use Opera browser which id forgotten i used on ebay a year ago for a few weeks but that was on my laptop not my PC

If it's only a credit card statement they are asking for and nothing else then it's a good chance it was the Entropay card that was the cause. It does happen every now and again when using Entropay, especially on UK Paypal.

Yes its just a credit card statement they want

iv just checked and a user called "im don" had the same issue 10 days ago :(

Worth using a VCC other than Entropay in that case and start again

so that means new everything address name ect ??? .its so annoying because i was recommended entropay on this forum and now iv lost a real new address because iv moved to a non linked address

and very time you apply for a new bank account your credit rating goes down :(:doh:

Everything needs to be new again yes

Entropay 95% of the time is fine. Sometimes it has issues though

If you apply for savings accounts that wont effect your credit rating

Entropay pay works well most of the time. It has it's place but it's downfall is the lack of AVS. I think that it is this feature (or lack of) that triggers the credit card statement request.

That's the same setup as mine. Scary as I was about to add entropay vcc. I will report back how mine goes.

Entropay is good, drawbacks - indeed lacks AVS, codes take ages to come through, and the new "unequal" balances thing is a pain in the rear.

...and that's the reasons above why I still hate using Entropay.

- Credit Statement requests
- No AVS
- Codes take days

Horrid. Not so bad for purchasing but still clunky personally.

Added entro card. Account all active but still early days as awaiting confirmation code.

Yes I had the same thing happen to me also, completely new everything, new windows user, new bank, new ip, new name, new address, nothing to connect to anything else....and it was limited immediately. The only thing different was the vcc was entropay, so Im not sure if entropay is the issue. Im going to buy some accounts- I cant cope with the rollercoaster of knowing whether or not the stealth acc will make the first eu limit removal hurdle any more!
