Buyer wants return perfume
 

The buyer has broken the packaging open and tried the perfume
She says it was 75 percent full and she wants to return it
Now how can I re sell it with packaging seal opened and product used
What do I do now?
Is it a scam?:faint:

I've heard of many scams like this before. If you're 100% certain it was brand new, full and sealed when you sent it out then there's a chance the buyer couldn't actually afford to keep it so maybe they bought it and wore it for a couple special occasions and then decided to return it and get their money back despite using it, a lot of people do this with clothes which is ridiculous, if you know you can't afford to buy something do not buy it. If the buyer sends it back to you I would test it out, they may've swapped out the real fragrance with something else, just make sure its all good before re-selling as a used...Good luck anyways :)

It is a Scam, she wanted to use it and now she wants a refund.....for the buyer is a win/win situation.

You can take item back for a full refund, and resell it as dmshark said above.

Or just play along with the buyer and offer them to keep the item for a 50% refund, or something lucrative to put this situations to sleep.
