Had it on a transaction on one established account from someone paying for an ebay item. His payment is pending.

Made a payment to supplier on another account, and sort of the same thing popped up - ''PayPal is required to review certain transactions due to goverment restrictions' or something like that - I clicked off before I read it fully.

that payment is now pending to the supplier.

Anyone else had these today?

Not today specifically, but I have had this before. Its completely random and almost always clears after the specified time passes.
