Paypal limited asking for business info
but ive only received 4 payments ( Around £150 ) from one guy which are as friends and family

what shall i do

Supply what they are asking for. There's nothing else you can do.

If you are operating the account as an individual then you upload a .doc file stating this. Likewise if you are a sole trader.

Suggest you also explain to Paypal why you have received those payments and why you received them as friends and family.

i dont understand why they limited me
i only received money from one guy which could be a family member for all they know

If your going stealth, abandon the use of 'friends and family'. It just attracts undue attention from PayPal.

They've limited you because you've received a fairly sizeable amount of money into what is probably a fairly new account. They want to know more about you and why the payments were sent.

These types of limitation are always automatic and are triggered by risky transactions / behaviour.

No amount for these "Family/friend" transfers - stop that.

Btw im not using the account to sell
its a buying account
does that make any difference

so out the blue you received 4 sizable payments. That in anyone's book will raise alarm.

Personally for every family and friend payment, you need need 3 standard goods and services payments.
