Ebay account suspended MC011
 

Hi guys, what's good? I'm David and I'm new on this forum.
I have few questions and I'll be appreciated it if you guys could help me.
A few months ago my account has been suspended (I still can buy on ebay) and eBay asked me for tracking information which I have provided. Then they asked for invoices from my supplier which I couldn't provide as I was selling items from China (dropshipping).
I was doing good, never left my customer unhappy and never lied about items origin or authenticity.

I want to back on ebay but not for selling vero anymore, I would like to start legal dropshipping business. Obviously, I will not be able to get my suspended account back.
So here is my question, is it any way to start legal business in this situation? If I get stealth account (she already have one and we're live together ) and register it on my girlfriend name?
I'm thinking about starting a company if my selling will be good.

I'm assuming by legal you just mean pay your taxes and not sell phake items from China.

You don't need to start a company, especially at the start if you're unsure how successful you will actually be.

OP,

You can start stealth with new legit items. If things go well you can make account on a relative name/address if you need. Your can't use yours anymore in eBay, probably in PayPal.

Yes exactly, I want to start UK to UK dropshipping (or maybe USA later).
Do I really don't have to start company if will selling regularly big amount of items? (hopefully :))

You mean to open stealth account just for check how is selling going? And then open account on someone's real name for example my girlfriend? Thanks

Yes. If selling going good you can open non stealth account.
About the company and taxes I hope other UK members to give some more precise and detailed info.

Ok thanks, so if my girlfriend has an account already opened and registered on same address as me and she was using it just for buying things not for selling. She will get blocked once she start selling things, am I right?

Probably yes. But you can try start selling with this account. In the worst scenario you will lose one buying account. During this time, it is good to make at least one stealth.
