Ebay accounts suspended MC113
 

Hello, I've got 30-40 accounts which got suspended without a reason at the same day in the same time 5 April between 16:00-17:00 with the message MC113, I've been working all of the account different ways, where could be the problem..could anyone give any ideas what could be the reason for this?

The message from ebay was the following:
MC113 Your eBay account has been suspended

Your eBay account was suspended because recent account activity has raised serious security concerns. We've taken this precaution to protect our members while we make sure that the activity doesn't cause harm -- however unintentionally -- to the eBay Community.

You won't be able to use eBay in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account.

Any outstanding selling fees are due immediately, and any amounts that you haven't previously disputed will be charged to the billing method currently on file.

There's always a "reason" though you probably can't identify it clearly.

What did you try to sell right away?

40 accounts. You made a human error somewhere believe me. I can barely navigate 4 accounts without nearly slipping up on the stealth rules.

If it happened at the same time on all accounts, then you have linked them somehow.

MC113 is generic in my experience, it can happen when you first create an account, or just after listing your first item.

I've never seen it after that.

There is absolutely no doubt that you got linked. Losing that many accounts at exactly the same time means they noticed something that linked all these accounts.
Those accounts are lost and gone. I speak from experience on this. Don't even bother thinking you can get them back.
What you need to do now is concentrate on the future and key to that would be to figure out where the link happened.
Were you using all the accounts on the same PC? what IP solution were you using? Give us more info on your setup so we can try to figure it out.

I've had the similar experiences. Probably Bots looking for lots of accounts made within a short space of time on the same computer

All accounts were on one PC, I'm using IP burger...is it possible the problem to be from the password all 40 accounts had the same password this is the only common thing

Ok, so now my acc set up is the following:
20 accounts, all accounts are in separate folders and every account has a separate IP burger, I use Mozilla Firefox portable, I create the emails in hotmail, ebay account setting up addresses questions linking pp etc, paypal account + visa virtual card, and all passwords and questions for all accounts are different.
This time there are no common things, I also read the Ebay Stealth book, am I doing it right in your opinion?

I also do one more thing I hide the internal IPS in the mozilla firefox portable:

I enter "about:config" in the address bar, then click on accept warning message, I enter "media.peerconnection.enabled" in search, then doubleclick on "media.peerconnection.enabled" in search result to change it to false.

is that actually okay to do?

have u edited the "FirefoxPortable.ini" file and saved in root folder, the linking on your accounts sounded as though your firefox is using local storage for Flash cookies
even if you created accounts with same password isn't hard evidence for linking as its possible it could be 20 different people
Ebay also cannot see your machine ID

I bought 5 Ebay accounts from one of the seller whereas I always buy from a specific seller for last 5 years. All those accounts which are bought recently got MC113 at the same time and same day. I have not even opened any account just checked the email. All accounts got mc113 on 26th.
I am waiting for the seller reply to resolve this matter otherwise I will ask aspkin to intervene.

according to my experience with AI security systems , the AI can detect any patterns in the activity of the accounts management server , if it can notice that there is any similarity in any way even if it was created on different iP's or or account info , it will still detect the time stamp , if many accounts was created in short period of time the system will notice this and flag them all and get them reviewed by an officer to accept the suspension , so never make so many account at short time no matter what .

there is a change of attitude of ebay security team , showing more aggressive attitude ,suspending a lot of new and old accounts just for the slightest reason or suspect,
thinking they are doing well by that to protect ebay , while they are just literally destroying the reputation of ebay fiercely , which i think is a good thing , so that this will hopefully crash ebay totally to an un-recoverable limit , and cause it to be out of the business , so that they would be replaced by other websites that is much more capable of managing this huge market in much more proper modern advanced way than the primitive way ebay does .

yes , common password is easily detected as a pattern ,
never do that , even though changing the password alone is not enough

this is what you do to block the webrtc attack from detecting your real ip , whaich was a good thing before , but lately ebay started to suspend accounts created with browsers blocking your real ip , if they cannot know your real ip , they will suspend you ,

wrong , eBay now can see your machine full fingerprint , and they will suspend you if they dont like you for any reason
javascript scans all your device and make a full report about it , and any similarity to a previously to a previously suspended account , it will cause you a spicy steaming suspend for your new account

you can use browserleaks.com , to check your device for full detailed fingerprint , ebay get this too , and can monitor you

today i was doing some testing , and i found some thing seriously interesting ,
now we know clearly what ebay use to detect your fingerprint , and suspend your new accounts according to that ,

Don't tell me i am wrong you idiot! Check the source code of the page just after you verify your mobile number with 4 digit code, all the fingerprinting collected from you is in there, it then creates a unique device id to identify you
It does NOT collect your Machine ID

it have been proven wrong , i made a post lately showing that ebay get your full fingerprint ,including the webgl and canvas , which is more hard coded to your machine than the user id

mind your language , we are all mature men , and no need to start an insulting war here , better we concentrate on the main matter that is hurting us all , which is the new development in the security system eBay made ,

i made a post lately with pictures when ebay start to scan your webgl and canvas fingerprint ,
i dont know where or how they use it , but this is obvious where they connect all accounts crated on the same machine , since webgl is not changed if you change the browser ,except in one case only , when you use firefox instead of chromium based browser

i had the chance to work with AI systems for some time , and i saw how it deals with databases and how it can find patterns in the data it scans ,
finding similarities will make it report it directly to the admin which will decide about suspending them ,
i didnt work for ebay ,so dont get me wrong ,but in my opinion ebay had some upgrade lately in their security system that might probably started using AI to detect the accounts created by bots or in big numbers by one user ,
the datasheet would look like one big excel sheet , and you can easily notice the patterns by just looking , and if it happens that you create multiple accounts in short time with any similarities between them , even if it was only the password , they will still find out ,

any way , what might be the real reason they suspend them might be a different story , since they can detect many things like canvas and webgl fingerprint

I received the same problem MC113, same day after i registered account. I have only done some basic searching for items, reading ebay policies etc, nothing risky. But later in the evening account got limited, tryed to contact them, but says too much risk.

Setup: new fresh ip from 24vc, clean VM with Windows 7, new phone number and this happend, i'm sure eBay is very strict with new registrations and some new security measures appeared.

yes they are , lately they are acting aggressively towards any thing they dont like ,
we are still investigating what is the main thing they dont like , and suspending the accounts because of it ,
the ip you used , how did you apply it ? proxy or vpn ?
and what vm software did you use ? any special settings you made?

hello my friend, ive been away for a week due to corona but any updates on the uk accounts issue and virtual machines? you still using vm? any way to ⊗⊗⊗⊗ webgl without them finding out or what can we do? Some people still say new user account is fine and others say it's no longer good enough. My personal experience is that it's no longer enough and i use w7 and not w10 that is known to share things among user accounts.

what is different about the new one compared to old? from what i can see, there hasnt been a new update to their fingerprinting methods in the last month.

So using firefox for every vm is not good? shouldnt each browser give slightly new webgl or it's going to be same because hardware specifications are the same? btw from your own personal experience, do you think ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ebay address is better than real address? or real address street but ⊗⊗⊗⊗ number? i will be creating new accounnts every day from tomorrow and post updates, will try a few different things and see how it goes. I use mobile data ip and reside in the UK so we will see and if you have any things i can test i don't mind posting results.

I started creating accounts again and they still get suspended after the first listing...

1. Windows 10
2. New User
3. I'm using these browsers for my accounts: Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge
4. I'm not using Burger IP now, I'm just using mobile phone data
5. new email at Gmail and sometimes Hotmail
6. new mobile phone number
7. creating PayPal account and attaching a debit card etc
8. creating eBay account, then setting secret questions, address and linking my Paypal account
9. after 24-72 hours I list for example a used t-shirt which is not branded and the account gets suspended...I've tried waiting between 2 weeks and a month without listing, and then when I list it gets suspended again.

In the past, I didn't have any problems, I've had more than 130 accounts created successfully, I've been doing this from 2 years at least...

I'm lost, I don't know where the problem is...the other thing is, is it possible eBay to think I'm a bot? Because I type very fast and I'm really fast with creating accounts everything happens below 10 minutes...Should I try creating things slower for example 1 account 30 minutes instead of 8-9mins?

There r some facts about new ebay security system and one of them is win 10 user acc ! it definitely leaks something more than win 7

Okay this with the webGL thing works for now, I have created 8 accounts until now and everything is okay after the first listing, I use chrome and disable the webGL from there.
