Your eBay account has been suspended - indefinitely

Hi everyone,

So in a last week our main legit ebay account got suspended indefinitely, 1 year old, over 700 positive and 0 negative feedback, top seller for last 3 months.

We've contacted ebay 2 times and only information that we received is that we had too many return cases and it was a reason for a ban - no option to remove this ban. All open cases that we had were resolved by us without any questions asked, offered full refund for buyers always.

In your experience what is a chance that we could get this account back and running ?

I think you can.

Keep calling them at different times of the day until an advisor listens. Explain what steps you will take to ensure no more return cases are opened. They want to hear solutions that will enhance a buyers experience on their platform.
