Problems with visacc: am I using it correctly
 
i wrote mail about visavcc before. after 6 days i got my card number anyway. i tried to buy other one the day before yesterday and yesterday( same email address, same credit card number). i got same message below:

i have to make a question to this so called company: is this the reason that the one i got before just because i put this on forum ?

the number i provided is my home telephone number, so what's wrong with them ?
i even don't know if my credit card has been charged ?

Perhaps you are entering the phone number in a format that isn't recognized by the system.

I think it's premature for you to warn everybody here not to buy it, when you aren't even sure where exactly the problem lies. It may not be a problem with them.

See if others are having a problem. If nobody else is having difficulty, then YOU have something to fix, not VISAVCC.

What is wrong with you? In the other thread you acknowledge that it was OK for there to be a delay with the card as both parties were on holidays. Now you are back again making claims about the company? Out of the many users here who got cards the % of problems has been small. Most were USER problems. Watch what you say.
Check that you have the correct format for the phone, check with their customer service AND be patient.

Is the flag under your name appropriate? I notice a conflict in grammar.

Perhaps your culture does not interface well with the way VISAVCC is structured to conduct business. Maybe the conflict lies in that.
