Company Account Suspension twice in 24h
 
Hi there!
I came to you, looking for answers on the internet - without success.

A little background about us and what happened.

We are a legally operating polish company selling only original and legal products (health and beuty).

Some time ago (2015 i think) we created an eBay account (we've received 11 comments) Then there was a long break when we did not sell anything and now we decided to sell again. We choose UK market.

In one day:
We have changed the email address to a new one - it has been verified.
We've changed the account name too.
Than we created listing with 3 offers. For start.

Next day we received information that our account has been suspended.

"Your eBay account was suspended because recent account activity has raised serious security concerns. We've taken this precaution to protect our members while we make sure that the activity doesn't cause harm -- however unintentionally -- to the eBay Community.

You won't be able to use eBay in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account.

Any outstanding selling fees are due immediately, and any amounts that you haven't previously disputed will be charged to the billing method currently on file.

We have contacted with support via chat. They has verified us, we send ID and purchase invoice from our suppliers, we've answered the questions. And finally our account has been unblocked.

Then we created 1 listing (with the same product as before), and we wanted to buy store subscription. We had an inquiry about the name of the store -and we contact to ebay via chat. Nothing important case.

After that we got email with information - our account has been suspended again. We contact again ebay by chat. And we got the information that our actions were not consistent with the eBay spirit.

We do not understand what we did wrong. Paypal - ebay well-connected addresses, uncomplicated html template, shipping and return regulations. The shipping country is set as Polish etc.

I am now looking for answers for us where we have made a mistake that we have such a "strong" suspension.
