Hi, i was banned on a mobile network mifi so i have a 2 part question

I am up and running again on a different mobile mifi hotspot, can i go back to my original mifi the one i had the ban on?

i have changed browsers for the new ebay account, but the scripts are running bad and freezing, can i revert to my old firefox or chrome browser, which still runs on the banned hotspot for my general use, but i will use the new hotspot for ebay?
any advice please
