Buying on New Account
I use to open stealth account and buy stuff first before selling to build up some feedback. This didnt use to be a problem.
Recently on a new account, especially if its more than 1 item, I get a warning that for safety to EB blah,blah, blah. I need to phone in to EB to lift the restrictions. I phone in and they do some magic on their end, than I can make the purchase/s and pay for it.
Is this normal
Is it because they have linked me via PP or some other reason? |
