My eBay got suspended because I created it under 18 even though I am over 18 now.

My eBay got suspended because I created it under 18 even though I am over 18 now, and I had a lot of money waiting to be paid out to my bank account, but they said my account is permanently suspended. They told me I am allowed to make a new account which I am happy about. Will I get my payouts eventually? I am so worried about this money being lost. Thank you to anyone who helps me, will be much appreciated this is not a nice time for me right now.

EDIT: Good news the live chat agent said this:

For some reason I don't believe it till I see it though unfortunately.

if it is not a stealth account,I DONT see why you should not get your money ?

If they've determined that you broke their User Agreement then there's a very good chance they'll keep you money and put the ball in your court to take legal action. They know that an under 18 year old cannot enter into a contract with them and your buyers.

I genuinely don't know if their Regulators or a County Court would force them to pay up.

How much are we talking about?

Hi there its just over £1,000 and I was 18 when I started selling, I just created the account under 18. The only rule i broke was simply creating the account too early. I am going to call them tomorrow and hopefully they will pay up. I heard it takes 60-70 days or something for you to get the money once you have been restricted.

I have tried to ask them, but everytime I call and get transferred to an agent I get a robot saying go on the help page of ebay, then it hangs up on me. It really is terrible service from ebay.

how old is the money?30.60.90,180 days?
is MP the payment processor?and you have a bank account linked?
Go to Ebay seller forum and ask,it also have some Ebay reps there,see if you can email them

Its 2 weeks old. I am currently in live chat with ebay now. Yes I have a bank linked which is confirmed, also a card to pay for fees linked. It is all my details and not a stealth account.

I guess all you can do now is sit it out for the next 10 weeks and see if they do indeed release the monies.
