Linking a Ltd company from a previously suspended account

Can I link a Ltd company name on a previously suspended ebay account (5 years ago) to a newly created ebay account ? Else, how can I trade as a business if I don't have ltd companies account? Does sole proprietorship sound good instead?

I just do not want to go through stress of creating a new limited company for this sole purpose.
