eBay UK - with payout

eBay are so confusing. My account has been perm suspended, basically listed high risk item after using the account for a few months with normal sales on.
I have approx £1k+ in payouts, all items been sold/delivered as usual. Now, some colleagues are saying wait 60-72 days since the date of restriction. Some are saying I'll be paid out from 30th January, some are saying to wait till mid February 2023.

I am so lost right now, some of the non-native English speakers make me go mad and I am baffled as to when I'll be paid for these, bare in mind 1 item was sold before the suspension. 1 item during the suspension.

They asked for ID, and I guess it failed - was a stealth, not a real account.

if ID failed the money will not be paid out at all

How is it possible to sell something while suspended?
high risk items-cc chargeback can come in within 180 days

Sold before I got it suspended. Suspension came on after the sale.

I won the case but still wondering when they'll pay me out.
Read stories where people have said they've waited 7 months and still nothing.

AS MBE told you above, if your ID was rejected and you failed verification then you'll never see the money.

Any update on this did you get the money out?

I am hearing that un verified UK accounts have been refunded after 60 days, some unverified US accounts have had the money turned over to the state by eBay for the stealth account holders to claim. Obviously depends on the different countries laws.
