Multiple account question

So have is very very old account blocked becuase no pay ebay fee. i can resolve account problem if pay... high good feedback

but i registered another account 3 years ago mc011...

create new 1 month ago .. new address, mail ,contact number ... no listing yet nothing ...

What you think if i pay very old after can use sell system will linked new and old ?

Concentrate on the latest stealth account and it’s correct implementation and setup! Then gradually list something cheap and build it up
