MC011 Suspension - Receipts for items in inventory

I got a MC011 suspension and am being asked for receipts from my suppliers for items sold. This isn't possible for me.
Has anyone been able to create an invoice or receipt that has got them reinstated?
any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

I would have thought given the length of time you've been a member of this forum, that you would know it is possible to get accounts restored by being creative.

The normal procedure is to buy said item from a recognised supplier and amend accordingly.

Said in your usual dry manner, buddy.

Sometimes the answer is so simple it's not obvious. Thanks! :cheer:

You also need to make sure the creative doc you provide matches up with your bank statement because they will eventually ask you for bank statements if they haven't done so already.

I have had this on quite a few account legiit accounts of course not stealth and i致e managed to get them all back.

Why would they need to match up with bank account bud?

Also, this is a stealth account so I'm not sure how I could manage that if they asked.

Because they want to confirm the invoices you provide them are paid by you standard procedure mc011 when a supplier invoice is requested they need to see that you paid for this from your account. I suppose the purpose is to catch stealth accounts.

On another hand if its a stealth account i wouldnt and if i were you i would just move on and open another account because i値l doubt you値l the account back you値l provide them the docs and then they値l ask bank statements and then they値l ask for drivers license/passport and once you provide this they値l permanently restrict you.

it's really difficult, you have to give them all the invoices. Furthermore, the supplier's contact details and payment method must also be indicated on them.
They can also ask for proof of payment such as bank screenshorts.

Maybe you should change your account.

release funds 45-60 days after as long as no violation of ToS

MC011 restrictions of this type are inevitable, even as a non-stealth user, it's a fraud preventative measure required by their policy, against the sale of goods ill gotten.

Best thing you can do is purchase something cheap from the manufacturer that makes your item, download the sales invoice PDF edit the details to match the items sold on eBay and change the details to match your eBay account, no discrepancies.

For example, if your selling items from SanDisk buy a few of their cheapest items, get the PDF invoice and use that for your template.

If you are not issued a sales invoice PDF for these goods from the manufacturer, an order confirmation email works the same, just edit the email and screenshot it.

Worked for me, make sure you make 0 mistakes or inconsistencies.

I guess it's a regulatory measure they have by law to check the goods sold on their marketplace are legitimately obtained.

MC011's of this nature can happen by random checks, not always due to user faults.

You can also modify your bank statement to show proof of purchase (transactions) of these goods from your linked eBay bank account. Upload everything together with consistency, no mistakes, very important. This helps.
