Reusing Permanently restricted Ltd's director details
can I reuse the details of the Company Director/Person of Significant Control(i.e myself) to register a new Limited company UK with a new Wise business account?
My previous business account(Ltd) was permanently suspended after 2 days due to policy violations.
Now I am worried if I can use my name again. The address is no issue I have a substitute with documents. Should I use my same personal details again for a new company? |
