Ebay Account Suspended
 

How do you get your fees back if your ebay fees are in credit as my blanace after they suspended my account is now -146 £

Email customer support,or you can reply to the suspension email they sent and ask for them.
I got an email reply within the hour stating my request had been passed to the relevant department and then another email stating how much was in my credit balance.
6 days later the funds were credited back to my paypal account.

Im not 100% sure but i think even without requesting the standard procedure would be for them to return the funds to your paypal anyway,but they do state it could take up to 30 days for those moneies to be returned to you.

When you get suspended it reads - , that means you owe them, not the other way round

I also had credits in both of my accounts that got suspended.
I emailed customer support telling them that i no longer wanted the accounts reinstated as i do not want to be a part of the "eBay Community" anymore:rolleyes: , so i would like a full refund of any money still in my account.

I received a very polite email a couple of days, full of apologies, telling me that my account had been checked and they can confirm that there is monies owed to me, and that they have forwarded my details to the relevant department. They also asked me to confirm whether i wanted the money refunded to my credit card or other method.

I received another email a couple of days later telling me the refund was being processed and that it could take 30 days blah blah......etc, and thats about it really.

I suppose it really depends on the reason for the suspensions. My accounts were suspended because of issues with paypal and not eBay, maybe that's why they had no problems with sorting out my refund.
