I also had credits in both of my accounts that got suspended.
I emailed customer support telling them that i no longer wanted the accounts reinstated as i do not want to be a part of the "eBay Community" anymore:rolleyes: , so i would like a full refund of any money still in my account.
I received a very polite email a couple of days, full of apologies, telling me that my account had been checked and they can confirm that there is monies owed to me, and that they have forwarded my details to the relevant department. They also asked me to confirm whether i wanted the money refunded to my credit card or other method.
I received another email a couple of days later telling me the refund was being processed and that it could take 30 days blah blah......etc, and thats about it really.
I suppose it really depends on the reason for the suspensions. My accounts were suspended because of issues with paypal and not eBay, maybe that's why they had no problems with sorting out my refund.
