Upload verification documents outside UK
 

Greetings,

I am currently working outside the UK on overseas assignment, however my ebay account that was opened shortly before I left was suspended about two weeks ago when I tried to sell something at home (with my family's help).

Ebay has asked me to send them my ID, proof of address etc for verification, however I have been able to use their documents uploading system (which I suppose is because of my non UK IP), but as I also have no fax machine in here, could you give me some advice as to how to send documents to ebay (if post is not considered)?

I would prefer to find out a way to upload if possible.

simply email ur docs to your family member that had access to your account and helped you to list.
He/She can upload from UK.
Out of interest,
1)how old was your account
2) when did you start selling with this account
3) what item did you suddenly try to sell that led to suspension & what did u sell before this

Purpose of my questions is for us to learn and decipher more reasons why ebay suspends new account

the problems is granny does not know how to use computer... no one else around at the moment... :(

There must be an option to fax your documents over. You can use any of the online fax service provider
