Hi, i got an email from paypal

Notification of Limited Account Access RXI111

PayPal system. During a recent screening, we noticed an issue regarding

accounts that present a potential high risk

They have asked me to send in invoices address etc.

Also they say i have an issue with an old ebay account which was suspended due to no payment of fees.

They must have linked me to the old account.

£163 in ebay fees owed, once i have paid that then my old account will be reinstated but i dont fancy paying feebay £160 i already spend over 300 a month in ebay fees so it takes the piss a bit.

They asked me on paypal if i knew about this account, i said no.

What are the chances of them believing me, anyone else had this problem?
