 new account instantly suspended--help please
Hi,
We have several business accounts with ebay uk and recently opened another account which we were to use as a buying account, we opened the account with ebay and within 20 mins the account was suspended ! i am very worried that the other accounts will be affected, they asked us via email for address and personal verification which we were unable upload as when we tried we received a message saying "you are not able to upload any more files at the moment" even though this was the first time we tried, we faxed the docs over but have not heard anything back,does this suspension mean the other accounts are at risk ??
Any advice would be appreciated.

I have to say when we tried to open the suspended account we did have problems as stupidly tried to use the same email address etc.
