Ebay Account Blocked
 

morning all i am new here, i am looking for some advice. last night i listed some GHDs on ebay for sale and within 2 hours my account has been blocked. i do not understand what has happened. i feel like i am being targeted by ebay as there is many more people on ebay selling the exact same product as me but no they have not been suspended.

i am trying to speak to ebay live after 2 hours holding last night, i gave up. this morning i thought i would try again it is now 7.07am uk time and ebay live states that its opening hours are 6.00am - 12.00am but i still cannot speak to anyone.

Please could someone give me some advice as to why this has happened and what i can do to lift the restriction?

First point, try not to pay attention to what othr sellers are doing. For all you know, the ebay chop is going to hit them.:ranger:

Secondly, that item is a high take-down risk one. 99% of the times it is a phake that is sold and the vErO rights owners gets them pulled promptly. Did you check the item out? If it is real, and if the take down was MC019 you might be able to object.

MC150 FIP NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension - False Contact Information

the only thing i can think that is different is that i have supplied a different phone number, i also have this account linked to my other ebay account and paypal account.

i dont know what to do as my other ebay account has active listings and i have over 500 good feedbacks.

i spoke to ebay live who have asked me to confirm my identiy by sending id and contact details to them.

When you link ebay accounts, all details need to be the same except for the email address.
Very mean of them to do that. Can you supply the ID as they asked? :ranger:

Use a daily email plan.

Your route : communicate with the trust and safety.

Give them grief every 2nd day in a pro sort of way that your with a lawer etc etc and watch you dance back within weeks.

P.s > Lol if you get no where within a month then a investment for the stealh guide would be a good way coming back.
