MC081 problem with uploading documents

hi i'm new to the forum i had my ebay account suspended with the code MC081 i have tried to send the documents by uploading but i have had no luck at all each time i press the upload documents nothing happens can any one help please.

Try Piriform - Download CCleaner, Defraggler, Recuva, Speccy - Millions of users worldwide! to clean your cookies, sometimes paypal website hangs on to your old cookies and wont work or just email them the docs with the case ref as your subject.

hi the problem i have got is that ebay are not taking the emails only by fax or posting i don't have a fax machine and how do i get in touch with ebay by phone????

There should be a shop local that will allow you to send them for a small fee or use a free trial of efax or similar so you can send them from your pc.

I had same problem and sent them dozens of emails with attachments and even faxed them and all they kept saying they hadn't received them.

when i send them by fax from my local shop you get a recived recipt confirming they have recived them.

Faxing is the only way. Use Send a Fax for Free - Try e-Faxing with MyFax.com or Truly Free Internet Faxing
After faxing chase, chase, chase by emails and contact ebay which is accessible even through a suspended account. It can take weeks and does not always work.

same problem, online fax is really hit and miss, and another thing IF they receive it, it takes weeks to be looked at, meanwhile I read on forum people deliberately getting suspended so they can fax docs, so they can list straight way - dont know their secret!!

I've done two mc081 with custom doc's, both worked. I used RINGCENTRAL to fax my documents. I found a total of 3 ebay fax numbers and faxed the documents to them all. I then phoned ebay and told them i have faxed them. Took about a week for both to be re-instated.

theres a company called efax i think are generally quite good, if u use a vcc then its free too
