Ebay/PP Suspension
 

Ok as I understand it if you owe Ebay and/or PP a bunch of money there is nothing they can do about it as you have no signed credit agreement.

It's pretty easy to rack up lots of debt, it seems pretty damn illegal also!

So is there any grounds on which Ebay/PP could prosecute?

Ive listed a lot of stuff in the past and not paid the fees if thats what you mean. I've had a few letters in from debt recovery agencies but if you have a stealth ebay account with a bogus address........

Yeah I've had that too. But you could literally(and i'm not condoning this in any way) setup numerous Ebay and PP accounts, run them into debt, then dump them all.

no never do this, not if you want to be successful at ebay. They take it seriously and it can mess up your chances of new accounts in future, they try their whole bag of tricks to link you, in a way they wouldnt bother for normal linkable accounts, they have the means, they just dont bother to use it, unless you owe them money - paypal are espcially harse. I know of one UK forumer this happened to...

I Think I remember that post oompa - got nailed and pp used funds to pay off other account(s) - bad news.

Well i'm sure most people just want to get along and do their business.
