How Can I run a US eBay and Paypal account?.
 

Hi,

I have a US mailing address that I've been using for a number of years, I was wondering if their is anyway I could sign up for a US eBay buyer account and how I could go around paying for my items with Paypal?.

I can't get a US bank account, as I live in the UK and it seems the card has to have a US billing address so I can't use any UK debit/credit card.

Could I use my UK Paypal account and transfer the funds over to a US paypal account? and then pay for the items in USD with my US paypal funds?.
I would not be buying lots!.

I would really like to start buying from the USA.

Yes you can do that I know some people from the UK that run US accounts.
