To answer your question, Possibly...Maybe? A name variation would probably be a better choice. There are literally dozens of other ways eBay and PayPal can link you to past suspended/limited accounts.

BUT, I wouldn't attempt anything without spending a few days reading everything you can on this forum...

ebay often 'blocks' users with no reason to them. ebay has a reason though & it's often hard to understand.

If you work out the correct steps to take you beat ebay and that's what this forum does.

Curious, How did you get blocked? You cannot log on your account anymore?
Cos this happen to my friend's account.

because i sold an item for around 10 Pound and the person said they didnt receive it so ebay bocked me because i couldnt show them proof of delivery coz it weren't sent recorded

I wouldnt make either your paypal or ebay account in the same name because at first you may run smoothly possibly for months, but eventually they will catch up with you and you will be in the same position...GO STEALTH
