Bertie, the forum has a specific UK sub-forum for ebay suspensions & paypal:
the answers might be there for you. Only point I make is why are you hurrying to
make sellers account? How long ago were you suspended? There have been some changes and the thought is not to rush to convert account without fb etc.. You did mention ISP, did you get an new IP & clear cookies to make really sure you are a new ebay account?

yes the isp was new and l used software , "window washer " which l downloaded to clear any cookies from my computer

i bought a prepaid card (entropay) and it did work but it still made me verify by telephone.

i've not tried cashplus yet, but i don't see why it shouldn't work !
maybe the address you're trying to use is wrong ?
i've used 3vcash, sterlingcard, entropay in the uk so far, all no problems...

steve, I think bertie's problem was he had no money on the cards. Otherwise
they are OK.
