Paypal closed account and ebay suspended

Yesterday after doing so well selling unbranded items, I had an unexpected email from paypal saying i was limited then followed by Ebay removing all my listings.This has caused no end of problems from customers requiring money back etc even though all their items are in transit.
Then this morning email from paypal saying that they have closed my account due to security risks.
Thus spoke to paypal who have now put it back on review!!!
But this doesnt help me with angry customers.
Why does Ebay do this to people.

If you were limited & suspended in less that 30 hours, your accounts must have had a little more troubles than you've mentioned. Usually you get the option to appeal.

Done nothing wrong as far as i can see.
My sells went from tickling in into big overnight. This i think is why it has happened.
Selling chinese goods is probley another reason and they are high risk
