Ebay Business +Paypal Business suspended for selling fff akes
 

hello people

Last month i have recived email from ebay clearly saying my account is suspended for selling fff akes in last 12 months period.
They do not even ask me to provide any invoices. I am shocked now.
It was Ebay Business account I have transform this account to business in last year. I had 99.6% 1790 positive feedback and 9 negative some of them where like this (selling fff ake but i got refund) my account was silver top seller.Also they send this informations to my paypal business account and they suspend me without asking my anything.
Just said I can get my money back in next 180days. So I have question to you guys because I getting little bit worried now. Did they can do to me something serous if I had business accounts ? It is just strange because they do not even ask me to provide proof of my goods.They just said I was selling fff akes.

I have reviewed your email and I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy
with our decision not to reinstate your account. I can
understand why you're disappointed, but I'm afraid we always have to act

We've had another thorough look into the history of your account, and we
have decided not to change our original decision.

Unfortunately we cannot reveal the specifics of the causes for concern
as to do so could assist members in circumventing our policies. However,
I must remind you that over the past 12 months you have had numerous
feedback comments and member reports that questioned your items?
authenticity.

As we explained in our previous response, we reserve the right to
suspend a member's account if we have cause for concern. It's our policy
never to share exactly what gave us reason to suspend an account as this
could tell a fraudulent member how to avoid suspension in the future.

Please remember that suspended members are prohibited from registering
new accounts with eBay and bidding or selling on eBay using any existing
accounts. eBay reserves the right to suspend accounts belonging to or
used by a previously suspended member.

I know this isn't the answer you were hoping for, but I'm afraid this is
our final decision and we won't be able to do anything else to help.

And what fffff akes were you selling? :rolleyes:

I guess you did not understand you can not sell ffff akes.:doh:

I do not want people here get me wrong but i wasn't selling only fff akes it was 20% of stock what I was selling. I have invoices from wholesalers as well.
I have sold some Paco Raban some other perfumes but I have refund money to people how complained.
When I was listing them I thought they will not suspend me if I was Top Seller. Also I thought this is easy to earn some extra money. But now I do not have any money. :doh:

That does not matter. 'Brand name items' may be subject to vErO regulations.

Your choice was to make sure they were fine to sell rather than look at other sellers on ebay and make that assumption.

ebay does not care if they decide to dislike a seller's account. :(

So you suggesting they where just checking sellers accounts and them find me with 9 negatives about selling fff akes and just thought lets suspend him. We got right to what we want. Items could be subject to Vero regulations. But I would like to know if they will do something with seller like me how was selling ffff akes or suspension from paypal and ebay is enough ?
I have been suspended last month since that I have not get any email from ebay or paypal. I just call them asking whats happened and they said this suspension can not be appeal.
I do not know if i should start worried or just leave it ?

There is usually SOME notice from ebay. Did you get MC019 or an email to say listings removed?:juggle:

Yes i have received first email MC021 CIT NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension - Breach of User Agreement.
and minute later they remove all my listings.

I don't know now will I be getting serious charges ? I'm really get scared now.

do not worry, you should not have any legal action taken against you if this is what you are asking, so there is no need to be scared, just don't sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗ again if you decide to make a stealth account.

this is what vero do.. they search eBay and other auction sites, even web pages for there items being sold at ridiculously low prices and check feedback etc.. your negatives told vero you were selling fff akes so they notified ebay to remove your listings.

thanks for interesting of my post.
I know one thing for sure I will never ever again list any fff akes It could be easy money but in long therm not worthy in last 30day I had 10days with no sleep and my hands shaking every day when I am thinking about legal charges what could came against me. Also in the other hand ebay or paypal never asked me to provide proof of authenticity of my items. They just sold me I was selling ffff akes and suspend my account.
But it scare my enough.

By all means suggest having a stealth account but dont give inaccurate advice
vErO rights owners can take legal action. Sellers have been subjected to threats

Bottom line is that the selling of fff akes is not acceptable.
