Hi, read some very interseting threads regarding stealth, firstly
1. Hi to everyone
2.Yes banned fom both eb and pp
3. family still have active accounts buying and selling from same address and ip
4. still have 2 active EB ID's with no paypal link but ID's under fictional names.
5. opened a new ebay account fictional name, on a different platform, different ip.
6. opened a PP acount, fictional name DOB etc same as above.
7. began selling
8. wanted to increase my limits in sales
9. paypal verified.
10. PP now want id, utillity bill,
whats the score on stealth, any advise is more than welcome

Well so far you have done ok. Youve got a new pp and eb account.

Only problem is you have used fictional names which will make it alot harder for you to prove now. When i make accounts i change one letter in my name, so then they ask for ID i work a little magic change and couple letters and what not, then send it to pp and they release all limits. Works everytime.

So now you will have to get your id and be "Creative". It will most likely be hard, but as long as you make it look good, pp will just glance at it and you should be fine.
