Policy Compliance VERY LOW

Hello

Hoping could get some help and advise quickly on here

My account has 3 x Mc019 stating very low clearing July 12

and

3 x MC019 stating medium medium clearing April 12

My first question is what level is after very low? tried searching this forum but no luck as to what is after this status. If I get one more strike will I be out or is there a level lower than very low?

Also when the 3 MC109's clearing in April will my account go back up a notch or 2?

Really worried as if just to let this account cool off until April?

6 notices that damage your account & you worry about being able to sell OK in April?

When your 'low' MC019 go, you are left with your medium MC019 problems.
Account is in a frail state.

I hope you have no intention of selling the same items again?

A sensible seller would let the account rest.:violin:

Sheesh!!!

Let this account rest for at least 4 months. At the most put 10 listings of something completely banal on each month.

Suggest you start acting like a pro and stop getting MC019s

have no intention of selling the items that have been removed again, looks like I will have to phase out what im selling (t-shirts bands) and give the account a rest.

Got mainly hit for selling angry bird t-shirts however these are genuine, not bothered following it up to disute it as I would nto get anywhere

as in my OP is there a level after very low?

Yes

Dead account :rip:

You are knocking on the door.

Dont let it open :deadhorse:

Very low is as low as it gets

Oh - hang on - there's one more - it's called 'good bye'

:faint:

Let your account cool off for 6 months and start again then.

Set up a new one and start on that!

let it chill,i learned this very situation the hard way

dont sell anything on it as one more little breach could result in a :ban?:

i got 2 MC019 and then left for a few weeks, went back and listed something small low risk but mis-spelt it,i didnt even mean to it was from a previous sale and i just clicked on it without checking the heading/title

BAM it happened:doh:

its alot easier to get banned than you think

Ok thank you for the replies, going to take down anything that could well possibly breach the MC019 and start on a new line that I know can not get the breach.

Had this idea for a while so just looks like I have to do it sooner than expected.

First of all, welcome to the forums.

How did you manage to get 6 MC019 and still be able to sell on the account??

I got ONE MC019 (coincidentally also for Angry Bird) and medium compliance, and the very next day, I received an email saying that my account is full restricted for the "excessive amount of dissatisfaction among buyers."

Although the reason given is for buyer dissatisfaction (my feedback score was ok and 2 low DSRs 4.6, 4.45), the close timing of the two emails makes me suspect it was the MC019 that caused the restriction. When I called them up, the person told me it was because of the MC019.

At this point, I'm still not sure... maybe both.

When did you get your MC019?
Mine was on 22 Mar 2012.
Maybe they have become much more strict on this?
