Need help setting up a new UK ebay account
 

Hi,
I am after a bit of help to get a new ebay account for the UK. I got kicked off last year for negative feedback that I was sorting out when they kicked me off. Now I am no further forward as ebay either direct me to the same page time after time or I get no reply at all :mad:. I was earning a nice little income from ebay but all this has dried up. I ended up not able to pay my phone bill and this makes things harder for me to get registered. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :o

register as if you are not u but you are a new you gotcha ;) :D so when u are a newself u have to support it by giving it a new bank, new cc , new phone, new address all the usual crap :)

any particular advice u are welcome to ask !!

So he should use his real name when creating both ebay and paypal accounts but making sure that he changes ALL other details from what he used before. See I am confused as to when we should be using 'real' and other info.

Ah I get ya! But let's say for example your old id was 124.10.22.33 and that was on the suspended account and you reboot your modem and now your ip is 124.10.45.77, would this be fine even though the ip range is still the same with only the last 2 ranges actually changing?

Example...

Suspended Acc: Name: Thomas Thomas, IP 124.10.22.22, comp name: thomas

New Acc: Name: Thomas Thomas, IP 124.10.33.33, comp name: bertie

Would this not arise suspicion to ebay or paypal as your full name is exactly the same and the ip range is the same?

No, you have NOT got what I said. A new ebay account must be a NEW YOU. The parameters you have described are too close for me to offer you any hope of keeping the account going.;)
Change the name a bit and consider a different IP.

OK point taken however I am on a cable modem so how am I able to get rid of the first 2 ranges when I am unable to modify my modem and when I release the ip it is only the last two ranges that actually change. Seems I am at a lost cause with this although I thought that you need the first 2 ranges to be similar as to show that your location is fine.

i have mostly figured out the creating new ebay accounts on ebay uk

how to change ip and delete cookies
use firefox
use entropay for card
use the payphone or send by mail for paypal confirmation
use any name and address

but the only thing i cannot figure out is how to open new bank account without all the hassle of waiting 2 weeks for everything to start and keep giving all the identity

has anyone got any suggestions on opening bank accounts

yea Johnhope. these guys are the best in the business. just stick with it and read and ask/ and hi from UK too

even if you use the similar ip addresses as long as everything else is different they wont be able to link you to a match to a previous suspended account.

What's the rush, you have most things already figured out, so open a new account, sit back and relax, and remember if you hadn't found this forum, you could have been off ebay for good, so what difference does a couple of weeks make.
