ebay account has been suspended had mc021 cit suspension email?
 

Today i received an email telling me that my account had been suspended and something to do with fraudulent activity?

Thing is I am not a seller I am a buyer, the only thing different I have done lately is watch various items of clothing and bid on a few items most of which have already been paid for!

I spoke to a customer support person who couldnt really tell me whether i would actually get my stuff that I paid for or much else!

I am confused as to why I have been suspended as I havent done anything wrong? An email has been sent but reading previous mc021 posts it looks like i have not got much hope of getting the account back.

Do I just create a new buyer account even though it will have the same address as the last? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forums. Very rarely does a buyer account get suspended - other people will comment later but I would open stealth account with altered address if not another address you can use - like a pobox.

What was your exact suspension e-mail?

Could be you are sharing an IP with someone (Home wireless/Office?) that has been suspended. eBay would link the accounts and treat you all the same, ban 1 ban em all is their creed. (This just happened to my son because of my banned accounts!)
