I hope i make sense with this...


I have a new account that is roughly 4 months old which is currently Above Standard.. My Detailed seller performance has everything 'green ticked' .

I want the account to have the ebay top rated banner, but i need to have the account on bronze or above powerseller seller status to qualify, as well as it being a business account.

I have no problem making it a business account, but do i have to get the bronze or above powerseller status first this months evaluation and then the following evaluation i will become ebay top rated or can i get them all at once in this months evaluation and become ebay top rated all at once in one month ?

Wont usually happen in the same month as you have to gain PS status before being eligible to be assessed for TRS but it may be possible.

90 day periods of assessment.

I just got PS and TRS in the same month

4 months would be sufficient. I've got both PS and TRS in the same month.. PS on the 18th and TRS in the 21st..

If you have all PS boxes ticked, you can email customer support and ask a question like "I think I should have PS status, can you check if I am eligible" and they usually do, and then you get upgraded to PS without having to wait
