Starting to sell?
 

Basically my dads eBay was suspended a couple of months ago which I had used my PayPal on the account, I made a new account with changed information like variation of address etc. it's been ok for 2 months or so now which 19 positive feedback. Would I be alright to sell the off thing or would it be best to leave the account to buying ?

when you start selling it will probably get flagged for review.
Are you on the same IP & PC as your dads suspended account?

ive cleared all cookies and flash cookies, also changed the ip address but yes same laptop/pc but without any traces of the old account on there

Are you trying to use your old paypal account with a new ebay account that has a variation address, or have you created a new paypal account to use with the new ebay account that has 19 feedback?

If so, then yes you can start selling on it, most people start with around 10 feedback.
Just start off selling slowly and NOT vero items either.. then when you have built a name for yourself you can start selling more.

basically my dad had an ebay and paypal that he used to buy and sell, but when i purchased some thing i paid with my own paypal account. His ebay and paypal got suspended but mine stayed open. Now ive made a new one which i pay for items using my own paypal account

hmm.
You are alluding to the fact your use of your own PP A/C unrelated activities to your dad's PP/EB A/C itself (from the same pc/laptop) got your dad's EB/PP A/C suspended.

The risk of LINKAGE between the accounts exists as you've described.
