eBay suspended PayPal perma limit

Is there anyway I can get my eBay account back? It has 112 positive feedback and no negative or neutrals. DSRs are also very good(4.8+)

My PayPal account was limited due to it being linked to an account with a negative balance. I resolved the negative balance and my PayPal account was reinstated for one day until it got limited again. I appealed but I got denied and it said the decision is final.

The email says to resolve the issues with my PayPal account but I cant do that as it is permanently limited.

What do I do?

Not really a lot you can do if you have already appealed and it was denied.

Best course of action would be to move on and open more stealth accounts.

I believe it was my stupidity and naivety that led to the suspension and limitation.

That's not stealth. Making an account with your sisters details is making an account with your sisters details. Making an account with fresh information that doesn't require the private information of a friend, family member, or stranger and that is not stolen is making a stealth account.

You will run out of people.... I'd read the guide one more time.
