Rival causing troubles
 

Hi Guys n Gals

Im eBay UK and just about to get suspended
In short

i have been scammed by a competitor who has been using friends to buy off me and leave neg feedback
I instructed the bank not to pay and further payments to paypal and now Im getting all the warnings so just waiting for it to happen

Any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated because I went from a Top Rated Powerseller to no one in a matter of days all thanks to one jealous competitor

Hi Ramjam,

You should report this competitor. (I'm assuming the items you sell are legit). What's happening to you is against ebay's terms of service: the manipulation of sales and feedback to destroy another member. This happened to me, but on a far smaller personal level, and ebay took action against the perpetrator: I basically informed them of the user, and the users links to all the other users who had been instructed to damage me with their feedback after purchasing items.

How do you know it's a competitor and their cronies?

Hard thing to prove conclusively in order to report anyone for policy violations.
