NEW Visa CARD

Is there anything else I need or should be wary of?

That's the thing. I don't know why EB decided to restrict and ultimately close my account. They didn't give any reason. I didn't do anything different to what I was doing the past 6 years. Not even one negative feedback, thousands of positive feedback, Power Seller, no issues, nothing.

There needs to be an alternative to EB. A proper marketplace that can give us the numbers/ppl we get with EB.

whether it made sense or not, they had to give a reason. learn the way of the stealth it is the only way. you are not alone

LOL! I suppose that can be "construed" as being a reason.

When asked what policy? They said "it wasn't showing on their system". When asked if there was a policy change. Answer was no. Then, when asked what had I been doing different to fall foul of their policy? She answered, "Nothing.....".

The annoying thing? It was the busy summer period, despite crappy weather, golfers and such were out, etc. Had 187 purchases/austions/'buy it nows' refunded!

Yup, all stealth now. But the amount of time lost, accounts, etc... just so annoying. We really could use a new platform (not EB or Amazon).

That sounds outright unacceptable (yes, even by eb/pp standards!)
In this specific case I would say it would have been worth fighting a lot harder to save the account- they literally appear to not have anything on you.
