HELP about mail forwarding and 0845 numbers UK
 

hi there, i am in the uk, manchester. I have not yet made another ebay account as i will be doing next week. I justed wanted to know that for a ebay and paypal address, would this mail forwarding work , check the link below:

Mail Forwarding - London or Manchester business address, £30 per month

they also give you a free 0845 number would that work, or is best to just use the tollfreeforwarding for that matter.

I am going to use a new name,date of birth, a new credit card and another bank account, does the second name of the bank account holder have to be the same second name as the paypal one ?

I have changed IP address. Can i have more than 1 account because everytime i change IP it will always be a new address, never the same. If i keep doing this will i get suspended.
