I have been suspended but my wife hasn't.
 

I have recently been suspended from ebay, well the account still remains as they have said I am suspended from selling not buying. I have purchased stealth and now know how to open a new account. My wife has an ebay account which is linked to my suspended account and her account has not yet been suspended, also my paypal account does not seem to have been effected by my suspension. My wife and i still use the same computer being the only one in the house, my questions are:

if I open a new account with a new IP address, won't this also change my wife's IP address and therefore cause ebay to link me to my last suspended account?

If I do close my ebay account what shall i do with my paypal account, can i still use this for my new accounts or not, and if i open multiple accounts do i also need to create multiple paypay accounts?

You are at a point of needing to fully understand stealth practices BEFORE you attempt to make new stealth accounts.

Because your existing account has a selling only restriction, then your wife's account will more than likely be fine. But should the situation change regarding the limited account, that might change.
The accounts are already linked if both have been used in the same property.

To use stealth methods, I would suggest you get a dongle. That has the advantage of giving you a new IP for your stealth account(s) but leaves your existing accounts alone.

Not knowing your selling plans, I would not reply to the question of paypals. Options exist.

Consider changing your ISP to BT. You get a new IP at the press of a button
