Got hit with this today

I have had the account up and running from
April and registered as business wit vat number
Ect,I was selling phone accossories all genuine stuff
And made top rated seller only 4 days ago so no bad feedback
And all the other stuff that goes wit top rated seller.and now I get this
I have asked in email why this happened and of course all I get is

So what do I do now
The only thing I can think that might of
Happened was I had a few of the iPhone 4
Monster beats case up but then there is loads
Of sellers on eBay with them and some have sold
100's only I only sold maybe 40

Any help please or am I flogging a dead horse

Quick tip, just because other sellers have the same item, never think this gives you the right to sell that item.

what is wrong with ip address? if it is same one as you have been using then how does it affect you now? just get the money out, not all at once, maybe in chunks...

Was selling genuine phone accessories as I work for
A wholesale phone company had some genuine apple earphones up
And that came back to me today and said that was
One of there concerns which makes me laugh because I know
They are genuine plus nobody ever stated otherwise
On the feedback because they were the real deal. How they come up with these things i just don't know???

On another note I withdrew the cash from paypal last nite every penny.

Have eBay stopped you been able to reply from your
Gmail account, why I ask this is because I got a message
From an eBay member wanting to know if there
Item was sent because of the email eBay sends out
To your customers when you get suspend.

So I went to reply from my gmail account
And after 5 mins I get a email back saying that eBay does not
Send messages from suspend members.

I taught that you can reply from your email
Account and that eBay would not even know
As your have not replied throughout the eBay message centre.

So how long u been selling on eBay for sir?

Find the email address on the you have sold an item for all those customers and send it from your email and not through ebay.
