Anyone seen this message when logging into Ebay today.

yup, I take it you got that lovely phone call from ebay today?

Do you know how to get around it

Changed my Ebay number to my mobile number though so I can answer if if they should call

What happened when they called then?

matt, this has started over most countries. You can expect a call if they decide to verify you. Usual rubbish questions. Make sure you have your info etc etc. No big deal.
You might also want to take a look at imjustme's posts on flash cookies. Gives a lot of info to be on top of this.

The calls "Supposedly" are for our Protection,, (kinda like paypal's limitation for our Protection.. LOL)--
Anyhow:
The calls are either to YOU--to verify your selling activity--OR you can initiate the call--so that you can list + go on...

ALL you do--is listen to the Robot--press 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9or 0--if youre expecting this call--then they will say--Thank you--here si your pin number to enter on line--
Then you punch in the 4 digit pin, on your screen,, (it will pop up)--then go on and list--
Thats it!

Er no thats not what they are talking about.
