Request higher technical difficulties

Hi there

Ive been trying to request a higher selling allowance from the 10 they allow at first but each time I click on the link to connect to ppal it comes up with "technical difficulties" has anyone else had this or is this just bay trying to stop me from increasing allowance?

Just ring them and get put through to the people who deal with limit increases.

Is your account below standard btw? That's the only time I can recall it not being available.
