New Unlimited Selling Account
 

Hi,

I recently had my selling account indefinitely suspended, so obviously trying to get a new one set up.

I have access to an unlimited selling account, but obviously don't want to get this wrong and waste it. It's my brother who's giving me it, and he has sold a lot on it and got plenty of feedback on it but this was 2 years ago.

It's currently linked to his PayPal, however because of his self-employment he can't withdraw to his bank accounts and he has to declare everything for tax. So I need to think how I can get it out of his account, if I added a new bank account with my Name on it (one that eBay knows about as has an account suspended under) but that hasn't been used on any paypal or ebay would that be enough to link me to old accounts?

I'll use a VPN for new ip, new user account, the only worry I have would be 1) Similar images/listings and 2) Using the same laptop.

Sorry if this isn't in the right place, I just came across this forum but seems to be full of the information and people I will need.

First of all, dont use VPN... they dont work!
I use my 3 mobile dongle which changes IP every-time i log on.

May i ask who it is you bank with? Most banks you can use a different name on them.
I have used halifax & natwest fine :)
You just cant put your name anywhere on ebay or paypal, it will have to be an account like the banks i mentioned above..

all your other steps you are taking should work fine :)

use your own bank account

add it to the paypal

when it asks for name/address add your brothers name (the name address exactly as on paypal)

as you say make sure its never been used on paypal before

curiously though

i hope your brother lives at a different address to your suspended account?

your bank is fine, doesnt matter what name u use on paypal but obv it makes sense to be in name of account holder :)

Just to add to the above.

Make sure you create a new windows user account on the laptop.
DO Not use same photos and listing from your LIMITED account
Create all new listings to be on the safe side.

Not true, I use a VPN without any problem.

I would recommend a vps over a vpn, vpns are likely to get you banned as many are blacklisted
