indefinite seller restriction
 

Hi all , today i woke up to find my ebay account which i use regular to sell items on has been restricted FOREVER.

i contacted ebay who wouldnt tell me why im banned from selling.

they have also blocked my mum & dads accounts who live at a different address.... Any advise on what to do next

Thing with all this is ebay has the reasons but rarely tells the seller the facts.


Look at your seller's dashboard. What are your DSRs? Have you been having problems with slow delivery, chargebacks?

Look for all that stuff. Let us know. The answers should be there.

Your choice is to learn to make stealth accounts & never repeat old mistakes.

Maybe you did something the are not happy with, BUT your mum and Dad accounts and they are located in a different address? you need to know how they linked all these account, Ebay allow 1 buyer and 1 selling account, if either of your parents accounts is seller and they linked you all together maybe that will be the reason

did you log in from the same computer and or network as your mum or dad at any point, from the same user account.

I think maybe you have link to your mum or dad from either using there computer or them using yours, or network thus linking the accounts.
